We first met in September 2020 through a mutual friend—my CG leader and Leo’s best friend. After that, we didn’t talk for a few months. Our first conversation began on New Year’s 2021, and from there, we started communicating more often. By February 2021, our chats became more frequent, and in March, Leo came to Bali for our second meeting, where he asked to start a deeper connection with Ester.

We spent seven months getting to know each other through a long-distance relationship (Bali-Cikarang). After those seven months, Leo came to Bali, and we finally shared our feelings for each other. That marked the start of our relationship, we’ve been in a relationship for 3 years and 3 months.
For the first two years, we maintained a long-distance relationship. Then, in 2023, Leo decided to move to Bali so we could take our relationship to the next level and get serious about our future together.
January 2025
After three years filled with joy and tears, we have decided to choose each other as life partners. Our journey together will continue as we celebrate our wedding in January 2025.
